Our capabilities include cast molding, plating, stereolithography, machining & turning, painting, hardening, alumite, electrical discharge, cutting, bending, welding, and more. Materials we work with are stainless steel, aluminium (or aluminum, depending on where you're from) titanium, copper, nickel, iron, sheet metal, ABS, POM, Nylon, PC, Acrylic, PE, UPE, Bakelite, Unilite, PPS, PFA, PEEK, PI, PBT, PSUJ, PES, PEI, PA, PPE and others. Your prototype starts as a design at our inbox, travels to our CAD room for careful analysis, and then proceeds to the ideal machine for creation. Once completed, your piece moves to hand-finishing, then each item is painstakingly inspected to ensure the final pieces meet the requirements you've laid out. Once they pass the test, each piece is meticulously packed for maximum protection for its journey to you. We have full confidence you'll be over the moon when your order arrives.
